Your job history is not your work experience. A list of the jobs you've held and the companies you've worked for is not evidence of the tasks you can carry out or how well you can do them. A bulleted list that reflects your previous job description is not evidence that you will "bring something to the table" in a new role. This reason is in the top three reasons why resumes we see don't get interviews: there is no evidence of experience on the resume. To stand out and obtain interviews, you need to showcase your real experience your achievements and how you accomplished them.
