In a recent survey by KPMG, 83% of the surveyed CEOs expected all their employees to return to working in company offices by 2027. This represents a high-water mark after a steady increase over the last 4 years. In another study by Resume Builder, 30% of companies threatened to fire employees who don’t return to the office. On the other hand, a Pew survey of workers found that 46% of workers said they’d leave their current job if they were no longer able to work from home.
