The last few minutes on how this Marine officer who served three tours in Iraq now leads at Pepsi almost made me cry.

I'm halfway through the (audio)book now and highly, highly recommend "Joker One"
The book is engaging, well-written and has lots of tidbits and experiences related to leadership. One of my favorite aspects of the book is that the author doesn't hesitate to share mistakes and how he changed behavior because of them.
