Mark - Listening to the review podcast made me think: there is a lot to do. Could you pull together all the tickler items that you've recommended in one place? There's very few that I can remember off the top of my head and I don't relish 55+ podcasts to get scheduling information out of them. Examples: Constantly, feedback Weekly, O3s Quarterly, update your resume 3 months after last contact, CSK network contacts 11 weeks before your review, do A 10 weeks before your review, do B ... There's a lot of repeating things that a manager has to do. Do you already have this list or should I plan on listening through all the podcasts again. Brian

Ooh, I think that's a great idea. *adds her vote*

I bet we could all add our 2 cents and build that list here. I'd rather Mark spend his time coming up with *new* content, vs. going through all his notes compiling stuff we can just as easily do ourselves.

Just a thought.

I don't disagree - we can do it here. If Mark doesn't already have a list, my plan is go back through the pcasts and start making the list myself. However, I hate reinventing the wheel :)

Give it a day or two and then we can start on our own.
