Writing my review -- Competencies

I'm writing my self-appraisal for my mid-year review. One whole section of the score and document is competencies. There are 16 for my position, plus 4 more "supervisor expectation." Should I address each competency separately using the SUM-EX format? Or just use the SEER format and give my strongest examples on a few? My boss is the CEO and high D. I think 16 bullets would make his eyes glaze over. Advice is most appreciated! Thanks!

Dani-

Are you saying that there are 16 points, or sections? And are there 4 sections for your boss... just unclear.

Sorry I was unclear. There are 16 competencies plus 4 supervisor expectations. For example: teamwork, influence, coaching, people leadership.

I'd write seomthing for all of them, of course. He won't know half of it, and it probably won't matter...but that probably is what motivates me to do it.
