Attaching documents to forums posts

 I've been asked recently by a couple of folks about the ability to share relevant documents with others on the forums.  Makes a lot of sense to me!

Although I'd love to give everyone that ability, I think a fair balance of functionality and protection against spammers/viruses is required.  I think it's reasonable to conclude that most Premium Members are NOT spammers, all premium members now have the ability to upload and attach documents.

I hope that proves useful to many.
