I took a vacation to check out the new job. I was not sure about it. Now I missed the time for 2 weeks notice. I am sure the business will not suffer, My coworker knows the work.

If in a next 3 years I will be looking for another job, how new employwer/recruiters are going to perseive this?

Thank you.

I don't understand how taking vacation applies...?  And we don't recommend two weeks, we recommend more.
Can you explain further?

Bacically I left my company on a short notice, Late on Friday and never come back, because I am starting on Monday. I am available for any questions over the phone and on weekends. My role is a junior one and it shouldn't be a big issue for the business.

What you did was illl-advised and inprofessional, but unlikely to have a big impact on your career.

Don't do it again.
