There was some great advice left at this link that I emailed to myself for future reading. However, when i go to the link it diverts to this pages. Where can I find Marks advice

...that you should stress to Bob that you are not going to add to the rumour mill about him.  Tell him exactly what Mark said for you to tell your staff.  It may decrease how much negative stuff Bob chooses to spew back to those who reach out.  The odds are low but worth the effort.

 It looks like there was a hiccup in the forums.  I remember that asteriskrntt1commented and its definitely listed in his profile but the link takes you to a message about a London meetup. 
I sent mauzenne (Mike) a pm to draw his attention to it.
