I just read an article on Inc (try not to read Inc, but every now and then they have something that is OK). Anyway - the article got me thinking about a possible interview question for a manager of managers.
What do you think about the following interview question:
"In our organization we want managers to coach their employees. Tell me about four employees whose career you have fundamentally improved. What did you do to affect positive change in their career?"
I like it...
...but 4 seems like a high number. I'd suggest 2, but that of course is only my opinion.
