Hello! I am in a new role reporting to a VP who is someone of the opposite sex. My role involves retreats and conferences with my boss. What are the boundaries on having meals together? Should i decline invites to dinners associated with company business where it will be just us or is there specific guidance on ethics and etiquette with situations like this? Thank you!
